Terms and Conditions
Last updated: 26 September 2026
These terms govern access to and use of Sartia. The contract is with MONETA S.r.l. If a translation conflicts with this document, the Italian text prevails.
1. Service provider
The service is provided by MONETA S.r.l., registered office at Via Viterbo 157, 01030 Canepina (VT), Italy, VAT and tax code 02499370563, REA VT-213253, PEC monetasrl.vt@pec.it, email info@monetavision.com (“Moneta”).
Sartia is the name of the platform. The contract is with Moneta.
2. What Sartia is
Sartia is an AI product-photography platform for fashion brands, manufacturers, and sellers. From images the user uploads, the service can generate, depending on the features in use, cutouts, descriptive copy, views, on-model images, short videos, fabric variants, and 3D models.
Features, token costs, and plans are those shown on the site and in the application at the time of use or purchase.
3. Account
Using Sartia requires an account with accurate details and credentials kept confidential. The person who registers declares that they can bind the organisation they act for.
Where a plan includes team seats, the account owner is responsible for use by invited people. Team usage is charged to the owner's token balance.
Moneta may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, unlawful use, or non-payment, with notice where that is reasonably possible.
4. Nature of the results
Results are produced by artificial-intelligence models, including models from third-party providers. They are not photographs from a traditional shoot and may contain inaccuracies, artefacts, or differences from the real garment.
The user reviews every result before publishing, selling, or using it in a catalogue, product page, or campaign. Moneta does not guarantee that a result is exclusive, an exact match for the garment, or fit for a marketplace, for advertising, or for labelling duties.
Where the law requires a statement that an image or video was generated or altered with artificial intelligence, that duty stays with the person who publishes the content.
5. Uploaded materials
The user warrants that they have the rights needed in the images, fabrics, trademarks, and other materials they upload, and that uploading and processing them does not break the law or third-party rights.
The user grants Moneta a non-exclusive licence, limited to what is needed to provide Sartia, to host, reproduce, and process those materials, to support the user, and to protect the system. The materials remain the user's: Moneta does not acquire ownership of them.
6. Licence in the results
Once the tokens due for a generation have been consumed, Moneta grants the user a non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual licence to use the results in their own commercial activity, including e-commerce, catalogues, presentations, and brand communication.
The licence does not transfer any right in the platform, the software, the models, the prompts, or the Sartia mark. The user may not resell access to Sartia or present the platform as their own.
7. Tokens, prices, and payment
Paid features consume tokens. The cost of each generation is shown before it starts, and the tokens are reserved when processing begins. If a generation fails or stays stuck beyond the system's technical time limits, the tokens for that job are credited back. A result made with a model other than the one the user chose is not charged.
Tokens do not expire and remain available after a subscription ends, except where the account is closed for a serious breach or the law requires otherwise. They come from a subscription, a one-off top-up, or a one-time trial credit granted when the account is opened.
Prices, quantities, and plans are those shown at purchase, in euro. VAT applies under the rules in force and appears at checkout and on the invoice. Payments are processed by Stripe: Moneta does not store full card details.
8. Subscriptions, cancellation, and withdrawal
A subscription renews monthly until it is cancelled. Cancellation is done from the Billing area and stops the next renewal. The period already paid for stays usable until it ends. Tokens already credited are not removed by cancellation.
Where the contract is made by a consumer, the withdrawal right under the Italian Consumer Code may be exercised within 14 days of conclusion by writing to info@monetavision.com, except where the law excludes it. By asking for the digital service to start immediately and by using tokens, the consumer asks for performance before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledges that, for the part already performed, withdrawal is reduced or lost to the extent the law allows. Any unused portion of a subscription is refunded pro rata if withdrawal is made in time.
Where the contract is made by a professional or a business, the Consumer Code does not apply. Once credited, top-ups are not refundable, except for the automatic return of tokens for failed generations and for rights that cannot be waived.
9. Acceptable use
It is not allowed to upload or generate unlawful content, content that infringes someone else's rights, or content involving minors in a sexual or exploitative context. It is not allowed to bypass technical limits, probe or overload the systems, resell tokens or access, or use Sartia to replicate the platform as a competing service.
Moneta may refuse or stop a job that breaks these rules.
10. Moneta's property
The software, interface, Sartia mark, site copy, and service know-how remain Moneta's or its licensors'. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of them to the user.
11. Availability and liability
Moneta provides the service with professional care. It does not guarantee uninterrupted operation: maintenance, faults, and outages at artificial-intelligence providers may suspend individual features.
To the extent the law allows, Moneta is not liable for indirect loss, lost profit, or loss caused by commercial use of a result the user did not check. Except for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and without limiting rights that cannot be limited, Moneta's total liability is capped at the amount the user paid for Sartia in the twelve months before the event.
These terms do not limit liability for death or personal injury, or a consumer's rights that cannot be waived.
12. Privacy
Personal data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, also linked in the site footer.
13. Changes
Moneta may update these terms to reflect the service or the law. The version on this page, with its update date, is the one in force. Material changes are notified in the application or by email before they take effect for users who are already registered. Anyone who does not accept them may cancel the subscription before the effective date. Use of the service after that date is acceptance, to the extent the law allows.
14. Law and courts
The contract is governed by Italian law. For anyone acting in the course of a business or profession, the courts of Viterbo have exclusive jurisdiction. A consumer may sue in the courts of their place of residence or domicile where the law allows it.
